Cotton District Arts Festival

The Cotton District Arts Festival was an event that I attended every year during my time at Mississippi State. This was my favorite project that I did for my Advanced Print Production class. I wanted to use a bright color scheme that would accurately depict the Cotton District’s vibe. The geometric elements in the poster were inspired by the architectural features around the area and the giant sun emblem that’s painted in the middle of the street on University Drive. The building that’s illustrated in the poster is none other than my favorite restaurant, Bin 612.

I don’t know about you guys, but I could go for some cheese fries right about now.
